Date: 23.09.2008 ISS Corporate Services Inc. ( Riskmetrics Group) which is an International Corporate Governance rating Company and has appropriate permission to make corporate governance rating assessments in Turkey according to Capital Market Board (CMB) Corporate Governance Regulations, has increased our corporate governance rating from 8 (%79,67) to 8,5 (%83,21) out of 10. According to CMB decision on this topic, Final rating is based on four sub-categories in different weights. Within this scope, our rating with respect to these sub-categories are indicated below;
